Is your spine aching?
Our spine requires its natural curve and alignment to sustain our body weight. For example, our neck (cervical spine) and back (lumbar spine) have a concave curve when looking from the side view. This provides the great mobility of our head/body such as bending downward, looking backward, turning to one side and etc.
The loss of its natural curve might have affected our neck/back movements. Over time, the malalignment of spine might have results in shear force between the spine and disc or tension over the muscles and ligament which eventually lead to pain / discomfort.
If the problem is left untreated, it might cause structural changes within our spines. Most commonly leads to dysfunction syndrome of neck and back, degeneration of spine, malalignment of vertebrae, slipped disc (prolapsed intervertebral disc), nerve root compression and etc.
Are You Suffering From Any Of These Conditions?
Safe and Non-Invasive Treatment
Cervical (neck) / Lumbar (back) traction
- Elongate our spines and create a negative pressure within the spine to reduce pain/ relief pressure on the spine
Thermal therapy
- Utilize hot/ cold therapy to improve blood circulation and reduce pain or relax spasmed muscles
Manual techniques
- Soft tissue manipulation/ Myofascial release to relax the tensioned muscles and breakdown trigger points
Electrotherapy
- TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Neuromuscular Stimulation)
*using 2 poles electrical energy to reduce the transmission of pain through Pain-gate theory - IFT (Interferential Therapy)
*using 4 poles electrical energy to reduce radiating / deep pain - US (Ultrasound)
*using sound energy to reduce inflammation and pain at the local point through micro-massage effect thereby fasten recovery process
